Axel Boman

Axel Boman is a Swedish electronic music producer from Stockholm, who did a couple remixes of Kenton Slash Demon’s ‘Daemon’ in 2010. Both were sparse, unusual, and absolutely captivating to listen to. Recent remixes for John Talabot and Maribou State are worth a look, as is his original composition Nokturn forthcoming on the equally excellent DJ Koze’s Pampa label.

Kenton Slash Demon have reinterpreted Dixon’s edit of Axel Boman’s dub remix of their own track Daemon, and you can hear the track performed live at this year’s distortion festival as well as Sila’s thoughts on being remixed at 33:00.
